Racist Rep. Cynthia McKinney Punches Capitol Police Officer

Rep. Cynthia McKinney- the nutjob of nutjobs in the US House...this woman has been an unhinged radical for the entirety of her career. She's had numerous problems, including run-ins with the law over campaign contributions, business problems, and worse.

She protested the 1991 Iraq war, causing legislators to walk out on her inane remarks. She claimed President Bush knew about the Sept 11 attacks before they happened, when she said:

"We know there were numerous warnings of the events to come on September 11... Those engaged in unusual stock trades immediately before September 11 knew enough to make millions of dollars from United and American airlines, certain insurance and brokerage firms' stocks. What did the Administration know, and when did it know it about the events of September 11? Who else knew and why did they not warn the innocent people of New York who were needlessly murdered?"

She attacked Al Gore by race baiting him with this comment:
"Al Gore's Negro tolerance level has never been too high. I've never known him to have more than one black person around him at any given time."

Unfortunately for the clueless McKinney, Gore's campaign manager was Donna Brazile, a BLACK FEMALE.

She changed her hairstyle recently and was asked to show ID to Capitol Police yesterday (the officer didn't recognize her). She refuses to wear her Congressional pin as she is supposed to. When grabbed by the arm for going thru the barriers without permission, she (according to witnesses) punched the officer in the chest. One news report of the affair state that there was a chance of her being arrested after Wednesday's session. I don't think she was arrested afterall- her statement on her website doesn't mention any of this.

That same news report quotes an unconfirmed statement that states:

"Do I have to contact the police every time I change my hairstyle? How do we account for the fact that when I wore my braids every day for 11 years, I still faced this problem, primarily from certain white police officers," the statement says.

"I was rushing to my meeting when a white police officer yelled to me. He approached me, bodyblocked me, physically touching me. I used my arm to get him off of me. I told him not to touch me several times. He asked for my ID and I showed it to him. He then let me go and I proceeded to my meeting and I assume that the Police Officer resumed his duties. I have counseled with the Sergeant-at-Arms and Acting Assistant Chief Thompson several times before and counseled with them again on today's incident. I offered also to counsel with the offending police officer."

This certainly fits McKinney's racist past with her comments I mentioned above, as well as these issues with McKinney and her racial obsession:

Delusional Democrats

Democratic pundit Michael Brown appears on Heartland with John Kasich tonight on Fox News. When asked about Feingold's lame attempt to censure President Bush, Brown immediately went into a rant about how the Republicans wanted to do even more to the previous president for "personal" issues that man had and that he didn't hurt anyone with his actions.

The dems are still living in lala land where sexual harassment is merely a personal issue that doesn't harm anyone.

Lying to a grand jury is a personal issue that hurt no one and was no big deal.

FBI files on political enemies that suddenly show up at the White House is just a personal issue.

Selling weapons secrets to China is just a personal issue and no one got hurt.

Rose Law Firm billing records that suddenly show up at the White House is just a personal issue.

Hiring thugs to go after all the women Clinton slept with- thugs that threatened these women's live is just a personal matter and hurt no one. It especially hurt no one when these thugs threatened to break the "pretty legs" of one of Clinton's "bimbos" or to kill another.

Accusations of rape are a personal matter and they hurt no one.

Lying to the American people and having to apologize for doing so in a special primetime address hurt nobody and it was merely a personal issue.

I have to wonder about the sanity of Democrats like Brown who seem to be under some sort of psychosis, suffering extreme memory loss, and revising history to worship at the alter of The Clintons. Only an idiot claims the many crimes of this couple were just personal matters and they never hurt anyone. That's nonsense, and Brown, along with all the other Clinton defenders know it's nonsense.

Bill O'Reilly on Judge John Connor of Ohio

A judge in Ohio, some guy named Connor, refused to give a man who raped two boys any jail time. He said that the perp in this case "has a disease" like the judge himself has a disease. The judge is an alcoholic who has been busted for DWI 8 TIMES!! He's been convicted of DWI twice according to a woman interviewed on Fox News.

How a judge is sitting on the bench after being convicted twice of drunk driving- that alone boggles the mind.

Now, first off- alcoholism is not a disease. That's nonsense. They claim that it's genetic, that the child of an "alcoholic" is more likely than a child of a non-alcoholic to become one himself. There might be a genetic component here in a broad sense, but I doubt even this much. I know of no study where they have identified any alcoholic gene outside of the 1990 study which was completely flawed and showed totally contradictory information1...for the most part, you will never find a particular gene corresponding to a particular behavior- the number of different genes is just too small (only about 30, 000) to cover all or even most of human behavior.

Also- there is NO other "disease" that I know of where a person can actually give themselves the disease. Sure, you can smoke and increase your risks of lung cancer, or you can drink yourself into liver cancer, but the supposed inability to stop drinking is something you bring on yourself 100% (unless they've created new bottles that walk to your mouth and pour themselves into your body when you're not paying attention!)

So, the judge wants to use the age-old excuse, "I have a disease," and he links that to this child rapist, who the judge claims also has a disease. This is nonsense. Instead of giving the guy 10 yrs, as he should have done, the judge gave the rapist probation! The guy, from the reporting I saw, is on house arrest, ready to be back on the street soon terrorizing more children if he chooses to do so.

Now, if the judge thought he had a disease, he could have ordered him to seek treatment, but as far as I can tell- this wasn't done.

This case, as O'Reilly points out, and I totally agree, is even worse than the judge in Vermont who claimed that he didn't give the rapist jail time because there was no chance of him receiving treatment in jail.

I'll try to look more into this and report back later.

Bill O'Reilly on Judge Connor of Ohio
O'Reilly on Judge Connor of Ohio

I will try to have his second segment from the next day where he talked to two mothers of a young boy and girl both killed by a drunk driver who this judge refused to put behind bars, even after he violated his parole. I missed the 3rd segment (from Wed, I think) where O'Reilly was supposed to have the Ohio atty general on.
of the O'Reilly Factor segment coming later...

PART 2

Here's the second segment [download 3mb video] Bill O'Reilly did on this Judge Connor of Ohio.

He interviews two women who lost children due to Connor's actions. A drunk driver killed two young people, Ashley Hach (19) and Scott Rollins (20)...problem is- this was a guy with numerous arrests and he violated his parole. Even AFTER violating his parole, it seems Connor went to bat for him to make sure he didn't get any jail time.

Ashley Hack and Scott Rollins

This is what Judge Connor said of the man who repeatedly raped two minor boys. Remember, Connor has been arrested at least 8 times and convicted at least twice of drunk driving (he claims he has a disease). Also, there was one case where Connor was found with cocaine. Here's what Connor said of the rapist:

Judge Connor refuses to punish child rapist

The judge also refused, as I mentioned, to punish a drunk driver. Jose Sanpallo killed the teens I listed above while driving drunk...driving on the wrong side of the road, hitting them head on. Sanpallo had an extensive rap sheet with a DUI arrest conviction already on that record. Sanpallo was killed in the wreck as well. Judge Connor had him released early from prison and even tho the guy violated his parole, he wouldn't punish him and give him any jail time.

Connie Hach and Melissa Rollins talk to Bill about the judge, who they think shouldn't even been allowed on the bench to begin with.

"Blaming The Victims"

According to the Radio Equalizer, a Boston talk radio host is being attacked for "blaming the victim"- in this case, he was saying something about the young woman who was raped and murdered in New York City. Imette St. Guillen was raped and murdered after leaving a bar alone at 4 AM. From the reports I've heard, she was drunk...it's NYC, it's 4 AM in the morning, and she walks out of a club onto the streets alone. Now, this doesn't mean anyone has the right to attack her or harm her in any way, but let's face it folks- this is a VERY bad idea. I surely wouldn't be caught, even as a man, drunk and walking out of a club in the middle of the night alone- no matter where the club is at.

From the Boston Herald's Story:

WRKO midmorning host DePetro late yesterday denied blaming Imette St. Guillen for her demise, but said being out alone at 4 a.m. and drinking with strangers was “asking for trouble” and that women must use “common sense.”

“As tragic as it is, your first reaction is she should not have been out alone at 3 or 4 a.m. in the morning because look at what can happen,” DePetro said. “I wasn’t wrong. I went on the air and people said I was right on.”

This seemed to piss off many listeners, especially women, who claimed he was blaming the victim, and such a thing is not allowed.

From what I'm getting of this story, she supposedly had a major fight with her friend or roommate or something the night she went out, and her friends wanted her to not go out, or to not go out alone? I'm not totally sure of the situation- the reports are a bit confusing so far.

The problem is- he's right. ANY parent in their right mind would teach their children that such a thing is a HORRIBLE idea. This woman was a college student, so she's an adult- she can make her own choices. The sad fact is, tho, you put yourself into situations you shouldn't be in. Common sense tells me personally- going out and getting drunk PERIOD can easily lead to major problems. Getting drunk and going out alone into the streets at 4AM would be even worse, and this is common sense as a man or a woman. Now, in her situation, being a woman makes it even more dangerous.

No one is saying that she deserved it- surely this host isn't saying that...but, come on folks- we need to start thinking logically in life. We need to make common sense choices. We need to make sure we don't put ourself into situations where we could be put into jeopardy. IS there ANYONE out there who is willing to deny that this was a bad move on her part? If she was your daughter, wouldn't you have advised her to A. Stay away from drunkenness? B. Not go out on the streets alone in the middle of the night? C. To DEFINITELY not go out alone, drunk, at 4 AM?

If I had children, no matter what age they were, I would smack them upside the head if I found out they were out all night at bars- alone or not. You have to use your head and realize that when you choice to go get drunk in the middle of the night, you raise your risk level substantially. Admit it or not- if a woman (OR a man) leaves a bar drunk at 4AM by herself, she's (or he's) much more likely to get into trouble than the same person who makes sure she has someone leave the bar with her...that she doesn't drink till she's drunk, or maybe that she comes home at an earlier and safer hour.

Preaching common sense is NOT blaming the victim, it's just what it is- it's common sense. If you think he's blaming the victim, you're helping put other women in harm's way by denying the responsibility of friends and family to tell the man or woman in question to make sure they use their heads and make sure they're never put into these situations. Just as a girl should never go to a drunken party and pass out- for such behavior is much more likely to lead to danger...the same goes with this young woman. If she were at home and sober, she would be alive today. Let's teach all of our kids the dangers out there (these include being out at all hours of the night, being drunk, etc), and let's make sure they make decisions that will keep them safe. When someone attacks the person for preaching responsibility, they're merely attacking the message, and if the message is common sense and responsibility we're attacking- we're simply putting more lives at risk.
